Manually Testing the Link
To test the link, follow these steps:

Navigate to AIM Source Manager.

In the left pane, select AIM Destination Servers.

In the right pane, right-click on the Destination system and select Link Test. The Link Status column will display if the link is “Up” or “Down.”
Alternately, you can select the AIM set or Destination system and press the 
button.
