Automatically Flushing Source Data
To automatically flush source virtual volume data to the source buffer:

In AIM Source Manager, select AIM Source Volumes in the console tree.

In the right pane, select the AIM set from the list, and choose Properties from the context menu to open the Properties dialog box.

In the Automatic Setting area, select Flush from the Type pull-down menu.

Enter the Start Time (hh:mm) in 24 hour format.

Select the Interval (hr) from the pull-down menu. The interval represents the number of hours between each flush.

Click OK.
A message appears in the Source Log file when data has successfully flushed to the source buffer.
