Viewing the Source Log File

The AIM Source Log file provides a log of all the activity on the Source system. Each activity entry will be categorized as INFO, WARNING, or ERROR.

  • INFO - Supplies general information.

  • WARNING - Describes a non-critical error. The AIM Source Manager is still in operation.

  • ERROR - Describes a critical error. The AIM Source Manager has stopped. Manual intervention is necessary to investigate the cause and reboot the system.

To view the Source Log file:

  1. Navigate to AIM Source Manager.

  2. On the menu bar, select Action.

  3. Select View Source Logfile.
