Snapshot Inaccessible Status
This state is a temporary state and does not affect the enabled status of a relationship. It is caused by the src volume going local or mirror down. However I/Os in flight that fail will still cause the relationship to become unusable regardless of the inaccessible state. The relationship will only become inaccessible if there are no Snapshot I/O failures when the volume goes down.
While a relationship is in an inaccessible state, users cannot start a CI, IU, or SU. If a CI is going on when this the relationship becomes inaccessible, the CI will stop. Once the relationship is accessible again, the CI can be restarted.
