Starting a Snapshot Source Update
Resynchronizes the snapshot source and destination virtual volumes so that the source volume will become a copy of the current state of the destination.
Before you begin, the source volume must be unmounted on the application server.
To start a Source Update:

Open the Snapshot Manager snap-in and select SnapshotSets in the console tree.

In the right pane, select the snapshot set and choose Start Source Update from the shortcut menu.

A message warns you that your source volume should be unmounted because you are about to update it with the destination’s information.

Click OK. The Source Update status of the upper right pane displays Established when the SU is complete.
