Allow Incoming Partnership Request

This option on the Storage Server Properties Partner tab is the first step in establishing a partnership relationship. See Configuring for High Availability for complete instructions.

If you have an existing configuration on a SANmelody storage server and you want to add a partner storage server for high availability, begin on the new storage server and choose Allow Incoming Partnership Request. The local configuration will be replaced by the incoming partner.
