Your SANmelody™ software will remain running for a 30-day pre-activation grace period.  After 30 days of use, it will cease to run. If you have purchased a permanent license, at any time, before or after the 30 day grace period, you may register your copy of SANmelody software.  When you activate your permanent license, the 30-day grace period timer will be removed, allowing your SANmelody software to run indefinitely. To activate your permanent SANmelody software license, see instructions in Activate a Permanent License.

Using SANmelody Software

Open the SANmelody software interface from Start>Programs>DataCore Software>SANmelody or from the DataCore icon SANmelody dcswicon Getting Started  located in the system tray.

All of the enhanced Disk Services available in SANmelody software are configured from an extended set of MMC snap-ins in Windows Computer Management under the Storage component. For more information, refer to SANmelody Snap-ins Overview.
